ClickFox is the world leader in the emerging Customer Experience Analytics (CEA) field, with clients that including 8 of the leading telcos and banks in the US and Australia.  For ClickFox, Gil is responsible for all Australian operations, to include all client deployments, deep-dive analytics, modeling, software installation, training, and support. Gil’s personal expertise includes IVR, CTI, website, CRM, and ATM channels, with deep experience in the telecom, banking, and airline industries.


Prior to joining ClickFox in 2008, Gil was a Vice President with JP Morgan Chase Home Finance where he was responsible for IVR and web self service portals, plus call center customer satisfaction and cross-selling performance programs.


Prior to this role, Gil had 13 year experiences in call center management and consulting. As a call center manager, Gil was responsible for the IVRs at both Commerce Bank and EarthLink, both winners of the prestigious JD Power Award for customer satisfaction.  Gil’s consulting experience includes a number of “blue chip” companies and clients: AT&T, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Capgemini, Delta Air Lines, and Qwest Communications.   


Originally from Atlanta Georgia, Gil has a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.
