Dr Catriona Wallace is a Director of research companies, ACA Research and callcentres.net Pty Ltd, both businesses being based in Sydney and Singapore. Dr Wallace has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW, where she is Adjunct Faculty. Dr Wallace is regarded internationally as an expert on service management research in both academic and market research sectors. Dr Wallace was recognised in 2008 as one of the top six business women in NSW, Australia in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.
