Before TUPE, Jennifer worked for Prudential for 13 years delivering major change programmes into the business. She has driven a number of product launches and has been heavily involved in outsourcing the mature life and pensions business and IT departments to Capita. Capita is a major BPO company in the UK and India, working in a number of different sectors including L&P, Local Government and BBC.
Jennifer is currently responsible for the transformation of the Prudential Contact Centres in Mumbai and Scotland, including the rollout of Natural Language call routing and ID&V into Policy holder and Advisor calls.
