Tony has championed the use of network based customer contact solutions amongst Telstra’s broad customer base, over the past 4 years as the founding member of the Contact Centre & Speech Solutions Specialist Salesforce in NSW.


Tony has previously worked across Telecom Australia, OTC Limited and Telstra in Technical, Account Management and various solution specialist roles over a period of 25 years.


Tony’s passion is about bringing new ideas into the Contact Centre leveraging Telstra’s network to deliver tangible business benefits to the enterprise. This includes exploring innovative ways of delivering speech recognition, voice biometrics, speech & data analytics, and client contact strategies. He holds a Grad Cert IT from the University of Canberra, where he studied Voice Biometrics and Informatics. He also represents Telstra as part of its corporate membership on the Biometrics Institute.
