Scott has been working in the Contact Centre industry for 16 years.  Recently Scott has taken on the Business Consultant role at Salmat. Previously he was Telstra’s Group Manager of Customer Access.  Throughout his career, Scott has been responsible for the delivery of a wide array of successful Speech solutions, with many worlds first deliveries. 


At Salmat, Scott’s role is focussed around providing key consultancy skills for the successful integration of contact centre technologies into businesses in the real world.  Scott has a strong belief in the Customer Centric design of all Contact Centre solutions.
