At Salmat, Steve's experience in identifying business drivers for customer service improvement across multiple industries is used in ensuring technology solutions fit the clients’ business needs. Steve travels widely in his role working with clients in North America, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Clients he has consulted to include: National Australia Bank, Vodafone, Prudential, Qantas, Ticketek, Standard Life, Suncorp, Westpac and Telstra.
