Johnston, Luke

Luke Johnston is the Business Integration Coordinator at the Defence Service Centre. This is a 150 seat, purpose-built contact centre located in rural NSW. It provides a range of services for the Australian Defence Organisation, including Defence Force Recruitment, Peoplesoft support, Hazardous Material Explosion helplines, the National Emergency Call Centre, Personnel Administration, Travel, Library and a host of other products.

Luke has been involved in the contact centre industry for over ten years and is currently Chairman of the Genesys User Group.
