Mark joined the iiNet Contact Centre in 2004. His passion for coaching and training saw him join iiNet’s Training team in 2008. One of his first projects was aiding in the initial set-up of iiNet’s call centre in Cape Town. He spent several months on site facilitating induction, assisting with the establishment of the call centre, and offering coaching and support to the South African trainers. 


Mark’s current responsibilities include overseeing Inductions for the iiNet and Westnet contact centres, as well as maintaining and updating the Training materials for both brands.
