With over 15 years in Education and Learning and Development within major Australian corporations, Tim now leads the People Capability Consulting team within Salmat – one of Australia’s largest outsourcing companies. Using his collective experiences, Tim guides and directs stakeholders through the journey of competence and capability, and delivers measurable end to end solutions to meet the company’s key drivers and needs.
Tim was previously the General Manager for Learning and Development with Telstra, Origin Energy and AGL. Working within HR, people capability and talent management arms of large Australian companies, Tim has unique insight into the dynamics, successes and blockers of developing large teams and achieving high performing cultures.
