Jay has worked in the Contact Centre Industry for over 9 Years. Jay joined iiNet in 2005 from Stellar Call Centres where he has held multiple positions including Senior Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager and most recently Contact Centre Manager within both our Sydney and Perth Contact Centres. Having been involved in major project including the implementation of iiNet's Business Support Contact Centre and most recently, the Cape Town Contact Centre, a greenfields contact centre aimed at improved our follow the sun methodology.
Jay's responsibilities include overseeing the development and operational performance of iiNet's Perth Contact Centre consisting of Corporate Support, Sales and Residential Sales for both the iiNet and Westnet Brand & Residential Support and Billing for the iiNet Brand. Jay has completed a Computer Science and Computer Engineering Degree providing a great knowledge base for work in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry whilst currently undertaking a Bachelor Business degree.
