Tim and his team are responsible for setting the strategic direction and driving the business operation of the Online Channel (nab.com.au, Internet Banking, SMS Mobile Banking, Email servicing), Voice Channel (Telephone Banking, Speech Recognition, IVR and voice platforms), ATM Channel and coordination of eSecurity across the Australian Region.
Most recently, the Direct Channels team at the NAB has been bringing this strategy to life, implementing a range of leading edge technologies that are the building blocks to creating an integrated and consistent cross channel customer experience.
Prior to this role, Tim had accountability for all technology within the NAB's Retail Distribution business, including the extensive branch network.
In a career of spanning nearly twenty years, Tim has developed a detailed industry understanding of the requirements, processes and solutions required by organisations to achieve significant Returns on Investment in their technology implementations, with a particular emphasis on package implementation and systems integration. Prior to joining the NAB in 2004, Tim headed up the CRM Consulting practice at IBM Global Services.
