John is currently the Member Support Manager at Newcastle Permanent Building Society (NPBS) and has been at NPBS since 2003. One of his passions is to ensure that his members and customers are satisfied. He achieves this through continually analysing, investigating and implementing improvement strategies to meet their changing requirements.

Prior to working at NPBS, John spent over 20 years working at Telstra, primarily in the contact centre environment. This experience has enabled him to become an expert in developing effective approaches to managing customer needs and for driving change through projects such as speech recognition implementation.
