With over 25 years experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry, Martin has spent the last 15 years involved specifically in Contact Centre Technologies and the integration of these within businesses.

Having worked originally on major Interactive Voice Response deployments within Australia, he has seen the migration of the technologies to the Speech interface. He has been involved in Speech recognition application development both locally and overseas and has worked within the opposite roles of both Vendor and Customer.
