Her 29 years in the finance industry culminated in several national and international awards for Contact Centre Management. The awards celebrated and highlighted her superb skills in leadership, financial acumen, strategic management and industry and technical knowledge. She has driven innovative leadership through strong visionary approaches, and has often been complimented for her “dynamic pursuit of a culture of excellence in her workplaces”. It’s an approach she has taken to a National Manager role with the Ministry of Social Development where she currently leads 600 staff across the country in the Work and Income Contact Centre business. They manage a client base close to 1.1million and call volumes of 6.7 million person to person calls each year.
