About the Voice Leadership Forum

Launched in 2005, the Voice Leadership Forum was formed as an association of members consisting of top industry professionals examining the use of speech recognition and voice biometric solutions within their organisations to address business challenges, drive thought leadership, create industry best practice standards and optimise engagement with their customers.

In response to expanded business and client requirements, the original Voice Leadership Forum's focus of speech recognition and voice biometrics has been extended to include additional contact centre solutions that help companies to drive an exceptional customer experience.

The Voice Leadership Forum's mission is to be the leading information forum for thought leaders who drive new business models and emerging contact centre solutions to global markets and industries.
